Despite a well-played game by Berkeley, the Bulldogs had no answer for Wentworth's superior size that resulted in a 50 to 32 disparity in rebounds. Berkeley led by two with 14:57 left to go in the first half when six-foot eleven-inch junior center Sam Herrick entered the game sparking an 11-0 run. Herrick would end up with 13 points and 8 rebounds.
The Bulldogs also couldn't overcome a dreadful performance at the free-throw line making only 18 of 33 attempts.
Berkeley was led by junior forward Donovan Black (Morristown/Morristown, NJ) who led all scorers with 25 points.
The loss dropped the Bulldogs record to 2-3 on the season.
