The New York men's basketball team defeated Vermont Tech 75 to 70 this afternoon to advance to the USCAA National Basketball Championships Championship Game!
The Knights were led once again by sophomore center Elijah Craig with 15 points and 15 rebounds and junior guard Kaseem Williams with 23 points and 4 steals. All-American Jose Stable finished with yet another double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds.
The Knights will face defending champion Andrews University. It will be a rematch of last year's first round game in which the Knights held a lead until the final minute before Andrews University managed to tie the game and send it into overtime where they squeaked out a one point win over the Knights.
The game will be played at 7:45 P.M. tomorrow and will once again be shown live on the web.
