The New York women's basketball team made history Saturday night when they defeated Nashua Community College by a score of 48 to 44 for the first win in the program's history in their first intercollegiate season at the New Hampshire Technical Institute Tip-Off Tournament. The Knights face host NHTI Lynx in the championship game on Sunday.The win improved the team's record to 1-3 after losses to perennial powerhouses Briarcliffe College, Sullivan County Community College, and Sussex County College.
