The Berkeley College men's soccer team lost to Culinary Institute of America by a score of 5 to 3 in the first round of the Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference playoffs.
The Knights took an early lead on a goal by Dennis Castillo and led at halftime by a score of 1 to 0. They extended that lead early in the second half before Culinary responded with two goals to tie the game 2 to 2.
Abdelaziz Elhag scored his second goal in as many games to retake the lead for the Knights 3 to 2 before Culinary answered back with three consecutive goals to close out the game.
The Knights next play against Yeshiva University on November 16 at 8 P.M.
