SMITH PLACES 75TH AT BARD

Freshman Sean Smith placed 75th out of 187 runners at the Bard College Invitational on Saturday completing the course in 30:13 with a 6:06 split. He was followed closely behind by Gioser Torrealba at 33:07 with a 6:40 split in 130th place. Emmanuel Garcia had his best run of the year with a 41:46 and 8:25 split for the 8K course.

NJ FIELDS MEN'S AND WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

Berkeley College New Jersey fielded men's and women's cross country for the first time in it's history yesterday as seven athletes competed at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational at Garret Mountain.

For the women, Araina Cook, Alicia Morales, Daylin Nova, and Linda Bennet competed. For the men, Sean Smith, Gioser Torrealba, and Emmanuel Garcia competed.
