NJ MEN'S SOCCER DEFEATS BRIARCLIFFE

The Berkeley College New Jersey men's soccer team defeated Briarcliffe College 2-1 Sunday at NJIT to improve to 9-7 on the season and remain undefeated at home going 5-0 in Newark.

Briarcliffe got on the board first scoring 4:55 in the first half to take the 1-0 lead. The Knights responded at the 38:19 mark to tie the match on a goal by Xhulio Albrahimi on an assist by Eucario Solano. The match would remain tied until the 89:22 mark when Ramon Arce would net the game winner unassisted.

Thomas Frangieh played all 90 minutes in the net making four saves for the Knights.

The Knights return to action on Wednesday against Drew University at 7 P.M.
