MEN TIE ALBANY

In a pivotal conference match on the road, the New York men's soccer team tied Albany College of Pharmacy 2-2 to improve to 3-0-1 in the conference and possibly put the #1 seed up for grabs. Albany had a perfect conference record blemished at 4-0-1.

After falling behind 2-0, the Knights charged back on goals in the 62nd and 66th minutes by freshman midfielder Abdelwahab Mohamed (Brooklyn, NY) and freshman forward Steven Ramirez on an assist by sophomore defender Joachim Moe (Trondheif, Norway).

The Knights outshot the Panthers 28 to 19, but couldn't secure the win in double overtime.

The Knights return to action this Wednesday against St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn at 9 P.M. at Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn, NY.
