NEW JERSEY SOCCER DROPS SEASON OPENER

Utica, NY - Berkeley College's New Jersey men's soccer team lost their season opener to Utica College 4-1 on Friday evening.

The Pioneers established the momentum with a goal just 1:14 into the contest to take the 1-0 lead. The Pioneers took a 2-0 advantage at the 8:34 mark before the Knights would respond with a goal by freshman forward Adem Isa (Wayne Valley/Wayne, NJ) in the 28th minute to cut the lead in half.

Utica College would net two second half insurance goals to seal the victory.

Berkeley returns to action against Sage College on Saturday, September 1, at 4 P.M.
