The New Jersey men's basketball team ended their five game losing streak by defeating The King's College 95-69 Tuesday night to improve to 3-5 on the season.
The Knights were led by freshman guard Daniel Timi (Bishop George Ahr/Rahway, NJ) with 18 points on 7-10 shooting. Fellow freshman guard Izyiah Plummer (Mainland Regional/Newark, NJ) added 15 points and sophomore forward Carl O'Neill added 9 points and 9 boards for the Knights.
The Knights led 56-28 at the half and improved to 2-0 over The King's College in their brief history.
The Knights return to action this weekend at Rowan University at 8 P.M. on Friday in the Rohrer Classic Tournament.
